Are your designs original?
Yes. PickleTee features original artwork and designs created by the artist behind the brand. Some designs are satire-driven, some are more art-forward, but they all come from original creative work.

How are your products made?
Most PickleTee products are made to order. That means your item is produced after you place your order rather than pulled from a large pre-made inventory.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders go through a production period first. Printify says most orders are shipped within 2 to 7 business days after the order is submitted, but this can vary depending on the product, season, and print provider. After production, shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method selected.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local carrier conditions. International orders may take longer than domestic orders. Printify notes that international shipments also include customs forms.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, and shipping method available for the order. Shopify supports flat, free, or calculated shipping rates, depending on how the store is set up.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because most items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing issue, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. Printify states that these cases may qualify for a free reprint or refund, and damaged items usually do not need to be returned.

Do I need to return a damaged item?
Usually, no. Printify says there is generally no need to return a damaged product when submitting a claim for a manufacturing issue or damage.

Will I receive tracking information?
If tracking is available for your order, it will be sent once the order ships. Printify notes that tracking availability can vary depending on the shipment.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to carriers, weather, customs, or high-volume periods. If your package appears lost or unusually delayed, contact us and we will help look into it. Printify’s terms also note that production times are estimates, not guarantees.
